What is your favorite offal and how do you like it prepared?
My all-time favorite offal has to be chicken liver, as it's not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. I absolutely love it when it's sautéed with onions, garlic, and some fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro. A splash of balsamic vinegar adds a tangy twist to it. I usually serve it with a side of mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the flavors. The creamy, rich taste of the chicken liver never fails to satisfy my cravings!
